Brown is unbelievable

I hate to say this, but David Cameron is right.

Judging by today's exchanges at Prime Minister's Question, Gordon Brown has indeed lost touch with reality.

For Brown to deny that Wendy Alexander had called for an early referendum on Scottish independence is simply unbelievable. Which bit of "Bring it on!" does he not understand? I know he's probably still in shock over the local election results, but this just raises questions over his sanity.

UPDATE: I see that Nick Robinson is highlighting an exchange on last night's Newsnight Scotland in which Wendy Alexander specifically says that she's discussed it with Gordon Brown and he endorses the referendum call. What a shambles.

Which bit of "the people of Burma need aid" do you not understand?

Wendy Alexander is not going to last long. Who cares?
Politics is a matter of life and death in other parts of the world.
A 100,000 deaths in Burma.

So we shouldn't ever comment on domestic issues if there's bad things happening elsewhere in the world? What nonsense.
And for the record, I've donated to the DEC appeal. Have you?

Bad events in other parts of the world are usually ignored.Mr Brown's pledge of aid will not go unnoticed by those involved in the struggle for democracy in Burma.
I'm glad you have donated to the DEC appeal and hope many others do so.

Two points. Firstly, your original two comments implied that we shouldn't talk about domestic issues if bad things are happening elsewhere. Do you now accept that is nonsense? Secondly, do you now accept that just because someone doesn't write about something on a blog, it doesn't mean they're ignoring a problem?
I hope you will consider these points in future before jumping in with what looks like trolling.

I implied that Gordon Brown regarding his statement on Burma has not lost touch with reality.
He may have lost touch with the Scottish Labour Party but how will calling him a lunatic benefit the Scottish Liberal Democrats?
